Our 14,000 sq. ft. Ghaziabad facility brings automated manufacturing and packaging together. Clad Medical began supplying healthcare and hygiene products in 2016 and expanded into manufacturing in 2025.

Our quality control procedures cover incoming raw material checks, in-process monitoring and finished-goods inspection, supported by batch traceability. Relevant certification documents and product reports are available to qualified buyers on request.

For an export order, request the documents that relate to the product you intend to purchase. Destination specific documentation and labelling requirements should be reviewed prior to finalising the product specification and artwork.

When planning your order, allow separately for sample and artwork approval, manufacturing, transportation and destination customs clearance. A factory dispatch date is not the same as an arrival date.

What is the minimum order quantity for an export order?

MOQ depends upon the product, specification and packaging requirements. Share your proposed first order quantity and branding needs so we can confirm the applicable minimum. Custom printed packaging may have a different MOQ to an existing or unprinted format.

Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Samples are available for evaluation prior to bulk production. Share the intended use and your requirements so we can discuss a suitable sample, applicable charges and shipping arrangements.

Can you quote if I do not have a complete specification?

How long will my export order take?

The production lead time depends on the specification, quantity, packaging requirements and approval process. The manufacturing schedule is confirmed for your order, while transportation and destination clearance need to be considered separately.
