What sizes and absorbency levels are available?

Our fast-moving standard sizes are 60 × 60 cm, 60 × 90 cm, and 60 × 45 cm, with absorbency from 250 to 1000 ml (customizable). Custom sizes are available from 30–200 cm in length and 40–65 cm in width.

Are your medical underpads BIS certified?

Yes. Our underpads are BIS certified to IS 17786:2022 under Licence No. CM/L-8700224814. We also hold ISO certification, and certification documents are available to qualified buyers on request.

What is your underpad production capacity?

We produce up to 9 million underpads per month on full-servo automated lines, with in-house automated packaging of up to 350 pieces per minute.

Alongside disposable medical underpads we manufacture disposable bed pads, incontinence underpads, hospital underpads, and maternity pads.

What materials are used in your underpads?

Our underpads use a SAP and fluff pulp core with carrier tissue or nonwoven layers, a soft nonwoven top sheet, and a leak-proof PE film back sheet. Pad weight is made to your requirement.

What are your lead times and payment terms?

Our standard lead time is 10 days from order confirmation and advance payment confirmation. Payment terms are advance or LC based.
